I put Grok Bot and Meta’s Muse head to head on five everyday jobs: my inbox, a flight, something to cancel, my day and the news.
One wrote a lovely reply to a scammer. Both found a cheap flight with quite a lot of Portugal attached. Then I compared my results with other people’s tests, because one afternoon on my accounts can only tell you so much.
There’s also a bonus round: fixing a work email, including a draft that turned into two drafts.
The full deep dive and scorecard are below at https://makeyourmindup.ai.
Personal tests: 20 October 2026, one run per job on personal accounts. Fares are historical. Nothing was sent, booked, bought or cancelled. Community reports are attributed in the article; these are different jobs and conditions.
